-We package and ship items within 3-5 days of their order.
Do you ever have plus sizes in your clothing inventory?
-We do our best to find vintage for all shapes and sizes. We are always on the lookout for size inclusive pieces. You can always let us know if there is something specific that you are seeking so that we know what to keep an eye out for.
Do you ship to Canada?
-Yes, you will have the option of choosing your preferred shipping method at checkout.
How do you price your items?
-There is a lot taken into consideration when we price our items. Beyond the era, uniqueness, and quality of the piece, we have other expenses that factor in to the pricing of an item. The time that it takes to find, wash, mend, photograph, model, describe, upload, package, and ship is a huge behind the scene cost. We also have to pay website fees, shipping fees, taxes, for merchandise, and for packing materials, while trying to make a living wage. All this considered, we try to list a range of items with different price points so that there is something for everyone.
What are your payment plan options?
-We offer 3-4 monthly, interest free payments. We send the rug upon the final payment, no refunds, returns or exchanges.
Every payment needs to be made within the week of its due date. We send out 1 reminder through your preferred contact, DM, message or email. For every week a payment is late we charge a $25 late fee. If payment does not occur within a month of its due date your transaction is then considered void, the rug will re-enter our inventory and no refunds will be given.
