What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges, all sales are final. We do encourage you to ask us any questions you may have before purchasing. We are always available through email at losthuntvintage@gmail.com or through DM at @losthuntvintage

What if my package is stolen or damaged?
All of our packages are signature required to avoid stolen packages. We are not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged rugs. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged you will need to file a claim with UPS. If is at a holding facility (this happens when you aren't present for signature required) and returned to us we charge a $50 re-stock fee and charge for shipping back to you.

We package and ship items within 3-5 days of their order.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, you will have the option of choosing your preferred shipping method at checkout.

How do you price your items?
There is a lot taken into consideration when we price our items. Beyond the era, uniqueness, and quality of the piece, we have other expenses that factor in to the pricing of an item. We pay website fees, shipping fees, taxes, for merchandise, and for packing materials, while trying to make a living wage. All this considered, we try to list a range of items with different price points so that there is something for everyone.

What are your payment plan options?
Option 1:
We offer 3 or 4 monthly, interest free payments through Venmo or PayPal. We send the rug upon the final payment, no refunds, returns or exchanges.
Every payment needs to be made within the week of its due date. We send out 1 reminder through your preferred contact, DM, message or email. For every week a payment is late we charge a $25 late fee. If payment does not occur within a month of its due date your transaction is then considered void, the rug will re-enter our inventory and no refunds will be given.
Option 2:
Through our website, we also offer Shop pay and the rug is shipped after the first payment. Payments are made bi-weekly.
