Handwoven multi-color wool low pile vintage Persian rug. Features repeating tree of life motifs with a terracotta field. There are hints of earthy brown tones and indigo. Shows floral and bird motifs throughout. 

Flowers hold symbolic meanings in Persian culture, representing beauty, fertility, love, and the cycle of life. The color variation in some parts of the rug is known as Abrash. These variations are caused by factors such as differences in dye batches, variations in wool or silk fibers, and the hand-dyeing process itself. This rug is in good vintage condition.
