Handwoven vintage Persian rug

Handwoven wool low pile Persian area rug. Measures 9’1”x5’7”. Features a thick border and three central medallions. This rug has a soft pink field with pops of purple and light blue. Shows tree of life, boteh, and floral motifs. The rug is in good vintage condition, shows one small patch.

Floral motifs are one of the most prominent and beloved design elements in Persian rugs. These motifs range from highly stylized geometric representations to naturalistic depictions of flowers and plants.
