Vintage handwoven wool low pile Kheshti Persian rug. Measures 6’10”x5’1”. Features a repeating mosaic pattern with a variety of floral and boteh motifs. This rug features a range of colors, with a mostly purple heather field and pops of chartreuse, indigo, peach, and cream. In good vintage condition.

Floral motifs in Persian rugs are not only decorative but also carry cultural significance.
